I’m a long time Knicks fan, but I still think its fucked up what the players did to D’Antoni. I mean, it says a lot about the character of a team that refuses to play hard for a head coach/manager that they don’t like. The Giants players, for years, had their issues with Coughlin but STILL won 2 Super Bowls with him. The Yankees LOVED Joe Torre, especially Jeter, but they didn’t throw Girardi under the bus. They went on to win a WS with him as well. I respect a team that can put aside their personal feelings about a coach & just play hard, give 100% regardless. The Knicks didn’t do that. But with all that said, I’m still a Knicks fan & hope they can make a run this year & years to come. Just telling it like it is though.
